Support & guides.

Short guides for getting rolling. Can't find it here? Email support@fleetwise.au — a human who runs trucks will reply.

Getting started

  1. Create your account — your company is set up instantly with sensible defaults.
  2. Settings → Service groups: set up your maintenance schedules (or keep the defaults).
  3. Add your vehicles with their current odometer readings.
  4. Add your people with licence, training and medical expiry dates.
  5. The dashboard now shows exactly what needs attention. That's it — you're running.

How service scheduling works

  1. A service group is a schedule template, e.g. 'Heavy Vehicle 15/30/90k'.
  2. Each letter (A, B, C…) has its own interval in km, engine hours and/or days.
  3. Vehicles select into one group; their next-due is calculated from the latest odometer reading and the last closed service of each type.
  4. Closing a service with a km figure also logs an odometer reading — one entry, two jobs.

Defects & repairs

  1. Report a repair against a vehicle with a priority and the problem as reported.
  2. Track it through open → deferred / monitor → closed.
  3. Record cause and solution as the workshop progresses — that's your maintenance evidence.

Your team

  1. Settings → Company users: add teammates by email.
  2. Admins manage settings and users; members do day-to-day work; read-only suits auditors.
  3. New users get a temporary password to sign in and change.
